Sandy Ridle spoke with us for our March meeting. She talked about correct posture and ways we can sneak in exercises in our daily lives (like balancing on one foot while I write this!). We learned about the different planes our bodies move in and how important it is to mix it up so we use all the planes (front/back, side/side, diagonal). Sandy provides personal training sessions in her home and at Lifetime Fitness in Algonquin. She also gifted club members a free month of her online workout sessions. It was a great way to get ready for summer!
